We, members of the photographic collective “Void,” come together to express and defend the fundamental principles of documentary and artistic photography. Through our photographic practice, we commit to promoting social awareness, inspiring critical reflection, and celebrating the diversity of the world around us.

We commit to telling true and authentic stories through our images, avoiding manipulation and preserving the integrity of visual storytelling. We believe that every story is complex and multi-dimensional and seek to represent this complexity through our photography, avoiding simplifications and stereotypes. We oppose passivity and commit to being active witnesses of our time, raising important issues and challenging the status quo through our images. We recognize and defend the right to freely express our creativity through photography, without censorship or restrictions. We commit to constantly exploring new perspectives and photographic approaches, encouraging innovation and artistic evolution within our collective. We foster open dialogue and collaboration among members of our collective and with other photographic communities, recognizing the value of diverse experiences and viewpoints. We believe in the power of photography to generate awareness and inspire positive and concrete actions, contributing to promoting social and environmental change. Finally, we cultivate a deep love and respect for the art of photography, recognizing its unique power to capture fleeting moments and transform them into lasting testimonies of our human experience.
