Luca Sebastianelli is a photographer born in 1997 in Rome, recently graduated in Environmental and Development Economics from the University of Roma Tre.

In photography, he draws inspiration from his childhood, partly spent in India, where he witnessed a profound social divide and its fierce consequences for the population.

This multicultural background has deeply influenced his artistic work, leading him to develop his own form of personal expression through poetry and later discovering photography as a powerful means to communicate his vision and thoughts.

He started photographing in 2020, first with analog and then digital, feeling the urgency to tell what he observes in everyday life. Subsequently, he approached reportage photography, exploring the emotional and social depths of his family reality and causes committed to defending rights. Currently, he is dedicated to exploring themes of social inequality and the struggles that arise from it through his photographic and academic research.
